- You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. After the 15-day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Unused and Unopened:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including all clearance items.
3. How to Initiate a Return

3.2 Return Authorization:
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
4.2 Original Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5.2 Refund Timeframe:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
